Every Great Journey Starts Somewhere
Rooted in East Tennessee. Growing plants, friendships, and community.
Every great journey begins with a first stop. For Propagation Station, that journey began with a love of plants and a belief that growing something beautiful can bring joy, encouragement, and connection into everyday life.
What started with an interest in houseplants has grown into a small East Tennessee business with a bigger vision: creating a welcoming community where people can discover plants, share knowledge, and encourage one another.
Our name reflects that journey. A train station is a place where people arrive, discover new destinations, and begin something new. We hope Propagation Station offers that same sense of possibility.
Whether you're an experienced collector or someone who has never kept a houseplant alive, there's a place for you here.
Planting Hope. Growing Community.
Our mission is to share the joy of houseplants while creating opportunities for learning, connection, generosity, and community involvement.
Rooted in Something Bigger
Everyone Can Grow
Plant ownership should be welcoming and approachable, regardless of experience.
Knowledge Is Worth Sharing
We believe in helping customers understand and care for the plants they bring home.
Community Matters
A business can do more than sell products. It can bring people together and create opportunities to serve.
Small Beginnings Matter
Every thriving plant begins somewhere. So do meaningful relationships, good ideas, and acts of kindness.
Meet Kristen
Behind Propagation Station is a passion for plants and a desire to create something that brings people together.
Our hope is that every visit, every new plant, and every community gathering becomes an opportunity to grow something meaningful.
